GO ON PROM
The ‘Go On Prom’ is an annual surprise reward offered to the high school who created the best 'Go On' Culture in the state. The purpose? To celebrate
student achievement and create public awareness of high schools’ critical role in preparing students to Go On for college or more training after graduation.
We conceived, planned and produced The Go On Prom as a creative dress, high-energy youth event with surprise celebrity appearances, a DJ live remote, high value giveaways and more. The 2012 winner was Middleton High School, whose never-say-die principal and staff fearlessly led their Vikings to victory on the dance floor. The grand prize for best dressed went to a gentleman who who had constructed his entire formal suit and top hat from duct tape. The second prize went to a cheerful lass dressed as a proud peacock. We saw the words 'Go On' painted on cheeks and ankles. We saw kids in college regalia that revealed where they are headed next. Middleton High students were fantastic party guests who represented their school and community unbelievably well.  800 teens, 450 balloons, 300 concert tickets, 200 glowing Ring Pop's, 150 light-up teeth, 42 bowling lanes, 30 volunteers, 20 busses, 4 college football players, and a hit radio station. Sponsored by the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Foundation
