Campaign leadership for the greater good

ALEX DAVIS
Alex Davis grew up in the South on a pretty wooded lake way outside of town--origins that allowed plenty of time for imagination, books, and leading younger children to go along with The Plan. Before locating to the Northwest, Davis worked in PBS and NPR stations in Atlanta and managed projects for an award-winning interactive media agency. She served as Content Director, Senior Copywriter, then Creative Strategist at Oliver Russell, where she developed concepts and campaigns for clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Albertsons Supermarkets, Charles Schwab, Capital City Development Corporation, The Modern Hotel, Hotel 43, and Gold Medalist Kristin Armstrong. Her work has appeared in Business Week, Bon Appétit, People, and Sunset Magazine and has been recognized by the ADDY Awards. With a passion for public service communication, she serves as the Creative Director of the Go On Campaign for Higher Education in Idaho, sponsored by the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Foundation, and recently served as Executive Producer of THE ED SESSIONS and ID21 Awards Show. Davis earned her Masters degree in Public Media Management. She's the author of Dinner At Your Door: Tips and Recipes for Starting a Neighborhood Cooking Co-Op and serves as Board Chairman of The Cabin (Log Cabin Literary Center), whose mission is to inspire a love of reading, writing and discourse. Davis loves family, friends, architecture, history, lavish presentation of food and drink, art in schools, hot springs, skiing, hiking and mountain biking for fun.

MONIQUE DIAZ
Producer Monique Diaz started at KCET in Los Angeles and gained experience as a producer and writer for ABC and CBS affiliates in California and Idaho before joining Idaho Public Television. While at Pepperdine, she worked with marine biologists to produce an educational documentary on a certain enigmatic fish; it aired on BBC and Animal Planet as her first national production credit. Diaz had a gratifying experience as a bilingual Americorp Volunteer Teacher in inner-city Los Angeles preschools. A gifted project manager and researcher, Diaz brings a talent of breaking down vast initiatives into simpler elements to deliver a stunning end result. With House of Davis, Diaz has produced live events including the ID21 Awards Show and the Go On Prom. Diaz has appeared as on-camera talent for HP, the National Interagency Fire Center, Albertsons Supermarkets, St Luke’s Hospitals, USDA/Idaho Department of Education and more. She has produced short films for the i48 Film Festival and the 2013 Sun Valley Film Festival—which brings us to her credo: "He who collects the most lanyards wins." Diaz is an outdoorswoman who likes to travel and likes to eat well, preferably at the same time. With a knack for helping dogs adopt the right humans, she is known among friends as the ultimate Canine Spiritual Advisor.
